Reservation policy

The use of the website Hosty.bg is free.

In order to make a booking, you will have to pay a Reservation fee, as stated in the section (‘’Reservation Fee’’). The fee will be equal to the average price per night, stated in the Property listing for the period you chose to stay, plus a one off cleaning fee.

Your booking is accepted immediately after a payment confirmation is received from our payment provider Stripe. If so, a confirmation page with your reservation code will load. Additional details and instructions will be sent to you via the email that you provided during the reservation process in up to 24 hours after a payment was received.

Cash payments are not accepted.

If your booking has to be prolonged – then additional payment instructions will be sent to you.

We are operating as a payment agent between you and the home owner in order to make the payment process smooth and easier.

All prices (reservation taxes) listed on the website (and Terms of use) are in “Bulgarian lev – BGN ” (1 EURO = 1.95 BGN)

  • We accept the following Payment types:
    Online with a Credit or a Debit Card via hosty.bg in partnership with Stripe.

Cash payment is not accepted at all in any case.

In case of a Reservation Cancellation, the following fees will be refunded:

1. Summer season cancelation policy 15 June – 14 September

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.

2. Winter season cancelation policy 15 September – 14 June

  • If you cancel your booking in up to three (3) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between three (3) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking on the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.

In the rare cases if we need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund and of course assistance if you would like to re-schedule your booking.

Limited properties allow pets to be present. If so, it will be mentioned in the listing’s description. If you will travel with your pet, please inform us at the time of the booking (in the section “Notes” on the payment page).
The properties that have an available parking will mention this in the listing’s description. If parking is not present in the property, we can advise you of parking areas nearby. Please note that the charge for parking outside of the reserved property is not included in the amount that you pay to us. We take your satisfaction with our services very seriously. Any complaints regarding your stay in our properties have to be shared firstly with the host or with us via email at office@hosty.bg during your stay, so we can resolve any inconvenience immediately.

Children under 3 (three) years old can stay in our properties for free when they share a bed with at least one adult who is a payer. Extra (folding) beds are not offered in any of our properties, but you can ask for a baby cot that can be provided at an extra cost. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide bed linen and a towel for the baby cot. Baby feeding chairs and other amenities like that are not available.
In the listings properties where special amenities are possible and present will be noted and it will be mentioned in their description. For all questions and special needs, you can use the option ‘’Request for more information’’ in the website or contact us via phone and email.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. In case any of the guests smoke inside of any of the properties, the fine will be 150 EUR.

The Check in time is 3pm (15:00 h) at the day of arrival.

Check Out has to be done by 11am (11:00 h) on the day when the guests are leaving.

Late Check Out at 2pm (14:00h) and early Check In at 1pm (13:00h) is possible depending on the availability at no extra cost.
