Terms of use

As a condition – you have to be 18 years old or more and to be able to sign a contract / agreement in your country of residence in order to be able to take advantage of the service that our website has to offer.

Providing of truthful and accurate personal information is your responsibility.

We save the right to contact you and require additional information about yourself, your identity and documents supporting that if we need so in regards to the applicable laws and regulations.

On the website Hosty.bg you can find the following:

• Lists of properties (online ads)
• Information about the properties and the business of hosty.bg
• Send requests for reservations
• Rent short term properties or request additional services which may include (but are not limited only to) airport transfers, additional cleaning services, etc. known and referred to on the website as ‘’Services’’.

Please note that some of these additional services might / will be provided from another company.

All of the properties available for rent from us are managed by our company always having in mind the best interest of their owners and supported by the needed signed contracts for Property management.

Your Contact With Us:

This document, as well as all other documents, including ‘’Terms of Use’’, are determining your relation to us. It is really important to read and understand The Terms of Use before using the website hosty.bg. If there is something that is not clear or you do not understand, please contact us at office@hosty.bg so we can discuss more.

By using our services you agree with out Terms of Use.

In case you do not agree, please do not browse our lists, request reservations, make property reservations with us, or use our services in any way.

We confirm that the listed properties on our website are not owned by our company. They are owned by third parties that signed an agreement with us to list their properties for rent via our website hosty.bg.

In case you request a reservation which we confirm on the behalf of the owner of the requested property, you sign an agreement with the owner for renting his / her property and agree with the additional conditions, described in the listing. Our company is not a third party in any of the agreements between you as ‘the customer’ and the owner. We just assist to make the whole process easier. We serve as an intermediary representing the owner of the property and complete all tasks and actions instead of him/her and at his/her expense.

Please note that you are responsible for the actions or the lack of actions of anyone who you granted access to the property you rented under our Terms of use and the person who you granted access to the rented property will be considered as a party to the Terms of use.

Rates and Payments

The usage of our website hosty.bg is free.

In order to make a booking, you will have to pay the host, as thoroughly described in the corresponding list (‘’reservation tax’’). The amount would be equal to the average rate per night as advertised during the period you chose, plus a cleaning fee.

Your reservation will be accepted immediately after our payments provider ‘’Stripe’’ confirms that the reservation payment is received. If so, a confirmation page with your reservation code will load. Additional details and instructions will be sent to you via the email that you provided during the reservation process in up to 24 hours after a payment was received.

Cash payments are not accepted.

If your booking has to be prolonged – then additional payment instructions will be sent to you.

We are operating as a payment agent between you and the home owner in order to make the payment process smooth and easier.

All prices (reservation taxes) listed on the website (and Terms of use) are in Bulgarian lev – BGN ” (1 EURO = 1.95 BGN).

Applicable Fees and Taxes

All fees are already included in the reservation price, except of:

• Credit or Debit card taxes applied by your banking provider. By using the service of hosty.bg you confirm that if such taxes apply, they will be completely your responsibility.
• Additional fees in case that your bank or credit card company exchanges the amount in a different currency than the one stated on our website, if yours is a different one, on an exchange rate different from the market’s rate. By using the services of hosty.bg you confirm that these kind of extra taxes are completely your responsibility.
• Fees that are explicitly stated on the list’s description and are conditional (as late registration fee).
• Additional fees for additional services, such as airport transfers, extra cleaning services etc. You will be advised of such fees in advance, before ordering the additional services.

Change of Reservation

You can change or cancel a reservation by contacting us at office@hosty.bg

Any change or cancellation of a booking can be a subject to additional conditions, as you were advised before completing the initial reservation, as well as in this clause in our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of a Reservation Cancellation, the following fees will be refunded:

1. Summer season cancelation policy 15 June – 14 September

• If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
• If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
• If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
• If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
• If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.

2. Winter season cancelation policy 15 September – 14 June

• If you cancel your booking in up to three (3) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
• If you cancel your booking between three (3) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
• If you cancel your booking on the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
• If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
• If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.

In the rare cases if we need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund and of course assistance if you would like to re-schedule your booking.

Rights and obligations of the users of hosty.bg

The Website hosty.bg and in some cases some of its providers own all materials and content and we give you a permission to use them solely for the purpose of using the services we provide in accordance to the current Terms & Conditions.

You consent that you do not own any rights over the service itself or any part of it, except of using it in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

You confirm that you are aware that you do not have the right to use names, trademarks, logos, domain names or other distinctive features of the brand that differ from the ones pointed in the Terms & Conditions.

You also agree:

• Not to copy any part of our service
• Not to provide to other people or sell parts of our service
• Not to change or try to change the service in any way
• Not to search for or have access to a code of a service of ours that we did not specifically publicly share for common use.

In addition to other terms in these Terms of Use, this part shows the specific rules that apply in order to use the service. (Obligations of the users of Hosty.bg).

When you use our service, you must not:

• Avoid, restrict or interfere in any way in security related actions that stop or limit the use or the ability to copy content presented on the website.
• Provide wrong or misleading information or give permission to another person to use your details or use the service pretending to be you.
• Act under the name of another person, different identity or give any impression that you are related to our company in any way if you are not.
• Use the service in a way different than the one described in our Terms of use.
• Modify, interfere, stop or hack the service or gather any details except of the ones mentioned in the Terms of use.
• To abuse the service by intentionally releasing viruses, Troyan horses, worms, logical bombs or any other materials that might harm the service or the experience of all other users of the service.
• The abuse and not following the Terms of use of Hosty.bg is a serious offense and might lead to taking some or all of the following actions (with or without a notice in advance):
• Use automated systems to access the service and send bulk service requests more than a human can possibly and rationally do so for the same period of time.
• Immediate temporary or permanent prohibition to use the website Hosty.bg and its services
• A warning to you – Legal actions against you, including one for a monetary compensation (plus any and not limited to court expenses and administrative expenses) that appeared due to the abuse
• Providing the legal authorities with your data and personal information if/when needed.
