You will receive a message with the information about the WiFi user name and password the day before your check-in. If you have any problems with the TV/WiFi please follow these steps:
Step 1
Make sure you’ve entered the user name and password correctly.
Step 2
Make sure that the router works properly and all the lights turn green, if not then move to STEP 3.
Step 3
Restart the router by pressing the “off” button located in the back of the device and wait for 30 sec. Then turn on the device and wait for 30 more seconds. If all the lights turn green, please try connecting once again entering the correct user name and password.
