The apartment is in a great location. Very easy to find and access the apartment. Bed is comfortable. Balcony is nice. A/C works well and the bathroom is clean and spacious. Everything you need for a short stay. Will definitely book this one again

At first the communication with the landlord was not very smooth, there was a situation of read not returned, but fortunately later communicated by phone on. Rented the studio for almost a month. Satisficed my expectations. It's 5 minutes from the center of the city, the host is very responsive and proactive and it has everything a bachelor like me would want. I was very happy with the place.

The place was easy to find and has a great central location. Another guest had accidentally taken both remotes for the garage so we couldn't use it before 8p.m. but there was street parking available. The place felt clean and overall well secured. There was a broken chair and forks were missing so we had to buy one time use ones. The AC stopped heating every once in a while and had to turn it off and on again to restart which was a pain during the night. The TV lagged a lot and froze for around 10 seconds every 5-10 minutes. The water heater is enough for a 10 min. shower bit after that you have to wait for it to heat up again. Overall the studio is nice and new but there are some things that need attention for the price that is asked for it. The host was very helpful and understanding so there was not any problems on that side.

Very cozy and comfortable. Exactly as described and in the pictures. The host also very cooperative. We had a problem with the tv, but he spent time talking with us until the problem was solved. Huge, clean and very nice bathroom. Everything is new. Felt like home! Would love to visit again!

Me ha gustado mucho la limpieza del estudio/apartamento. Muy acogedor y bien amueblado. El pequeño buró para trabajar está en la ventana que da al Balcón lo cual es perfecto para trabajar ya que tiene mucha iluminación. Está en un lugar muy céntrico donde se puede acceder a la calle principal en menos de 5 minutos. Esta hubicado también cerca de un Supermercado y varios puntos de venta de comida y bebida. En resumen, muy buen lugar para pasar unos días haciendo turismo o trabajando.

We had a couple relaxing nights after a long flight overseas. The studio looks exactly as described, and the self check out went smoothly. The place is very close to downtown Stara Zagora , whitin a walking distance of restaurants and other places of interest. The building has an elevator ( a big plus for heavy luggage) and we used about four differnt keys to open various doors to get to the apartment ( a litlle confusing at first, since they are not marked). The bathroom and the shower are in a separate room, but still private. Overal a great experience!

It was very clean when we arrived. The communication with the host was good. The bathroom is outside of the room but it's for you only and it was big and clean. All the furniture is new.
