Welcoming and modernly furnished two-bedroom apartment with two bedrooms, cozy living room, a work space, seating area, kitchenette, two bathrooms and a terrace. All our guests can enjoy fast wireless internet connection and cable TV. The apartment creates the perfect background for a family vacation or a short business stay, in a quiet and secluded place near the city center.

The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. The living room and the bedroom are both comfortable and sunny, with enough available space for personal belongings. The living room has a double bed, and an additional sofa bed (both in the same room). You can enjoy the terrace, which is ideal for having lunch and dinner outside.

Plamen was friendly and responsive and his place is well located and very modern. Overall this place has a lot of potential but in our opinion it needs some work. Pros: Fast and stable wifi Great location close to the center Modern and feels very new Very nice full kitchen including dishwasher Cons: On arrival we found crumbs on the couch, stains on the toilet seat and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The walls are very dirty with marks everywhere. The single beds are not comfortable due to the odd wooden frame. The kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. Allegedly the apartment used to be part of a much larger place, which has been sub-divided with thin wooden walls and doors, as such you constantly hear the neighbours coming in and out which in our case were very noisy. You need to lock and unlock three doors with keys on both sides to get in and out. The inner-hallway light turns on with motion detection and turns on whenever the neighbours enter or leave their units, there seems to be no way to turn this light off at night. A container with sugar was provided but it was empty. The water pressure in the showers is very low. The bedside table had a bedside lamp but no plugs to plug it into.

Extremely clean, almost brand new modern amenities, perfect for families who want a central location and a base to explore Stara Zagora and the Thracian region. Parking is easy on the street. Those reviewers who complained of noise, no such thing. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment was in a great location!!! One thing to note is that the free parking is only on the side street and it's first come first serve, we were able to get a spot but it was busy. There is parking available on the main road as well but only during certain times. The apartment was self check in but Plamen was super responsive and gave clear instructions for accessing the apartment.

The apartment is located in a nice area, good to explore the city. The interior is nice and comfy although the floor was not very clean, everything else was clean. We booked the apartment on short notice so we didn't get a parking spot which i think would have been useful to know in advance. Still, Plamen is very friendly and he indicated an ok spot for street parking. Overall we had a nice stay and would come again.

First time I stay at this place and I definitely will choose it again while I am visiting Stara Zagora. A couple of minutes fra the supersenter! Everything is according to expectations, high standard, fully equipped kitchen, quite and cozy, comfortable beds. Check in and out problem free. For me it was the best choice on Airbnb in Stara Zagora. Keep up the good work, Plamen, and thank you to make my stay so comfortable!

The apartment is great - absolutely new and renovated. It is in the center - close to the main street, the parks and the clubs - everything one can need. Definitely worth it!

Plamen was an excellent host, he made check in a very simple and straightforward process with easy to follow instructions. Plamen was also extremely helpful if there were any issues or questions that I had and he always responded in a concise and timely manner. The apartment actually ended up being slightly larger than the photos would suggest which was a welcome surprise! And as far as apartment locations go it couldn't be much better, only a couple blocks from downtown Stara Zagora, and a couple blocks from the beautiful Ayazmo park. Overall I would stay here again!
