Welcoming and modernly furnished two-bedroom apartment with two bedrooms, cozy living room, a work space, seating area, kitchenette, two bathrooms and a terrace. All our guests can enjoy fast wireless internet connection and cable TV. The apartment creates the perfect background for a family vacation or a short business stay, in a quiet and secluded place near the city center.

The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. The living room and the bedroom are both comfortable and sunny, with enough available space for personal belongings. The living room has a double bed, and an additional sofa bed (both in the same room). You can enjoy the terrace, which is ideal for having lunch and dinner outside.

Мястото е просторно и удобно, има две бани, което е предимство. Посетихме го четирима възрастни с 2 деца и това + централната локация за нас бяха супер. Има всички нужни уреди за безпроблемен престой, чисто е и сме доволни. Това, което трябва да имате предвид, е че в съседство има две студиа през много тънка преграда, а поради разположението влиза и доста градски шум. Също, макар че бях отбелязала, че пристигаме с деца, бяха застлани легла само за 4 души и в двете бани имаше общо 1 ролка тоалетна хартия, извадихме от гардеробите допълнително завивки и не безпокоихме домакините, но може би е добре да пишете конкретно преди настаняване, ако пътувате с деца. Цялостно сме доволни и благодарим за комфорта.

Booking Policy

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
