We’d like to welcome you to City Centre Bright & Cozy Apartment. Although it is located in the heart of Stara Zagora, this cozy apartment is hidden from the city noise. Within a walking distance, you can find supermarkets, a local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, meat shops, and many more.

The space

The apartment consists of one bedroom, an open plan living room and kitchen,
a bathroom and toilet, and one balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, nightstand, comfortable bed, and 100% BLACKOUT CURTAINS. The bedroom has a TV so you can enjoy a movie while having a rest.

Also, there is access to the balcony from the bedroom and livingroom. For extra sleeping space, the sofa in the living room easily transforms into a bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. You can make yourself a cup of nice coffee or cook a delicious dinner – there are all the needed appliances, utensils, and cutlery. For your full convenience, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, but you can enjoy a cigarette on the balcony.

Чист, спретнат апартамент на крачка от пешеходната зона. Кухня оборудвана щедро с всичко необходимо и едно бижу... широка тераса в клоните на липата отпред. Бяхме с бебе на 3 месеца и имахме притеснение дали асансьорът е достатъчно голям да побере количката. Побра я, заедно с нас двамата, но за съжаление от тротоара до входа има десетина стъпала без рампа. Настаняването на четирима ще е предизвикателство, спалнята не е голяма и няма много място за куфари и дрехи. Паркирането също е предизвикателство, но така е в топ центъра. Като цяло, много добро съотношение цена - качество!

Бях със съпругата и дъщеря ми на годинка и половина, и беше доста удобно за разходка из центъра. А когато седяхме в апартамента, също беше удобно и достатъчно широко за игра (вкл. и на терасата, която е широка). Аз през деня работих от вкъщи.

Апартамента е много добре обзаведен с всичко необходимо и се намира в нова сграда на пешеходно разстояние до центъра. Добромир беше отзивчив и отговаряше на всички запитвания, при проблем с интернет и ТВ, дойде човек, който отстрани проблема. Отново бих отседнал.

Booking Policy

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
