The space

- for the ones who like culture – The State Opera, The Regional Historical Museum, The Art Gallery are not more than 5 minute walk
- for those who are on a business trip – the place gives you the opportunity to be close to everything you might need even if you have to work from the comfort of the apartment.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, an open plan living room and kitchen, bathroom and toilet and two balconies. Both bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, night-stands and comfortable beds. In one of the bedrooms there are two single beds which can be put together as a one big bed. The master bedroom has a TV so you can enjoy a movie while having a rest. Also, there is access to one of the balconies from the main bedroom. For extra sleeping space the sofa in the living room easily transforms into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. You can make yourself a cup of nice coffee or cook a delicious dinner – there are all the needed appliances, utensils and cutlery. For your full convenience there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, but you can enjoy a cigarette on any of the two balconies ☺

Other things to note

In the Central Part of the City, where the apartment is located, are situated many of the places worth visiting while in town. The State Opera, the Regional History Museum, the Art Gallery are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The pedestrian zone is meters away from the apartment, and there you can find restaurants and bars for every taste, as well as parks and playgrounds.
