We’d like to welcome you to Stylish Top Centre One Bed Apartment located in the heart of the city. Its location makes it perfect for everyone who want to have an easy access to the central part of Stara Zagora. Within a walking distance, you can find a luxury restaurant and great coffee shop, where you can rest and enjoy delicious dishes & drinks .

The space

The apartment is modernly furnished and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with all necessary amenities and appliances, a sofa bed, a seating area and a dining area. You have access to an outdoor terrace with a seating area, cable TV, fast wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment is extremely suitable for all guests and both long and short stay. The building is in a central location and provides easy and fast access to many attractive places in the city.

The apartment was just as described, we spent more time there than we expected to there, and we’re overally happy with the experience. The equipment at the place is just enough. We were with a small child, the apartment is child friendly and the location is perfect.

The place is nice and the location is very convenient.The communication with the host was smooth, he answers quick and he is polite.However there were several cons which created bad impression and inconvevience. We visited the apartment during the winter and warming the place with the available ACs took a lot of time (more than 5 hours). The apartment was very cold when we arrived, the ACs are pretty low cost and basic. Once we managed to create some normal temperature, it was not easy to maintain, I would recommend some more effective way for heating. Also there are no night lamps which was dissappointing. Another sphere for improvement is the bathroom - there is no shower cabin and the sink is extremely small. The bed is not comfortable, not really awful, but the host could invest in some higher quality bed and pillows. If the above things are taken into consideration for the future guests, the apartment would be really very nice and cozy.

Прекарах две вечери в апартамета и съм много доволна от престоя си. Местоположението е централно и удобно, апартаментът е чист, добре обзаведен и поддържан. Сградата, в която се намира е старо строителство, но поддържана и чиста и има асансьор, което е улеснение при качването на куфари. Бих отседнала отново в апартамента.

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
