I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable. The location was great, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, and they were very welcoming. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here after another place hosted by Plamen, which we also enjoyed. We found ourselves initially scrambling to find an additional apartment for the weekend, as all AirBnb and hotel properties were taken up due to the rock festival in mid July. I sent Plamen a message to ask if they had additional properties available, and he immediately replied with a few good options. We chose this apartment which was quiet, clean, and well stocked. It is not very spacious but well organized and exactly met our needs. While it is not a very central location, it is well connected with some restaurants and a convenient large grocery store nearby. Plamen is a great host - responsive and proactive.

Booking Policy

Check-in 15:00-22:00

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
