Уютен и чист апартамент, намиращ се на оживена улица в центъра на града. Точни описания и подробна информация от страна на домакина. Единственият минус - поради локацията в центъра, е че е доста шумно наоколо (особено в малките часове през почивните дни). Благодарим сърдечно за гостоприемството!

Great place, very clean and equipped and everything working with no issues. Also 100m from the town hall and billa on the other side of the street. Surely worth the price!

Overall a very good value for the money - excellent location and everything you need for a short stay. They are only a few downsides, that you need to consider when booking. First - there is no elevator in the building, so if you have any mobility issues, it may be difficult for you to access. Second - the bedroom faces the boulevard so it can be noisy - if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. And finally - there is a very unfortunate smell from the bathroom drain, not sure if it a problem with the building plumbing, but it is a bit annoying. We didn't have a problem with it as it was summer and the bathroom window can be left open, but I guess it could be more problematic in the winter. Everything being said, I think it's a good value for money option in Stara Zagora!

I really enjoyed Plamen's Airbnb. The bed was VERY comfortable and I appreciated that the couch turned into a second bed. It was very clean, and the ACs were powerful. Also it's right in the heart of the center so you can easily get to a lot of places. Despite the central location, I never had any issues with noise late at night. A couple minor amenities could be added to make it it a great stay (shampoo, body wash, paper towels, laundry detergent). The curtain in the bedroom also does not cover all the windows so you get a lot of light in the morning, but luckily I had an eye mask to block the light. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is the best possible and you have a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The only "disadvantage" was the bell ringing at 7AM from the church right across because the windows don't isolate that but it wasn't such a big deal. Great host and very helpful and responsive! Will book again!

  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
