Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall und mussten ganz spontan eine Unterkunft finden. Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung gehen, was super war. Die Beschreibung zur Wohnung inklusive der Fotos dazu war super und auch durch die Kommunikation war super. Plamen hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. We had a great stay at Plamen’s apartment in Burgas! The place was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, the internet was fast and reliable, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment also has a lovely view from the balcony, which we really enjoyed. The location is perfect — quiet, but close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Plamen is a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to support us during our stay and made sure we felt welcome. We really appreciated his flexibility and communication. Highly recommended!

Мястото е на удобна локация, има места за паркиране (зелена зона), има спирка на 1 минута пеша. Морската градина и плажът са на 20 минута пеша, което си е една приятна разходка. Апартаментът напълно отговори на очакванията ни и е точно като на снимките.

Check-in 15:00-22:00

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
