Одно из лучших соотношений цены и качества. Квартира в самом центре города. Близко до парка. Очень удобная кухня. Есть кофе машина (заряженная), посудомоечная машина и так далее, все для комфортного пребывания. Есть конвектор для обогрева. Очень уютная и чистая квартира.

The apartment is just like in the photos - cosy, clean and has everything you may need. The location is great - very close to the Sea Garden, the beach and not far away from the city center. There are also supermarkets near it and great restaurants and cafeterias. It is also very quiet and I was able to rest well and have great sleep. The neighbourhood is nice and feels safe. Plamen was very friendly and gave me all the needed information. Overwall I was very happy with everything and really enjoyed my stay!

Нам несподівано пощастило. Бо під час нашого перебування у Бургасі проходив фестиваль риби та вина. А його локації якраз з того боку парку, де розташована квартира. Декілька хвилин пішки і ви на фестивалі! Взагалі все сподобалося. Квартира затишна, має усі зручності та купу техніки на усі випадки життя. Поряд магазин, бл.200 м.від будинку. На такій же відстані найближче кафе. Район спокійний. Дійсно, як було сказано у об'яві спокійна квартира. Зранку чути гамір чайок, начебто ти прямо на березі моря. Якщо ви приїхали без машини - взагалі чудово. Бо припаркували машину трохи складно, але про це господар попереджав. Ми провели чудовий тиждень і х задоволенням рекомендуємо цю квартиру. Маємо бажання повернутися і самі.

As I walked into the flat I fell in love with the place and I knew I wanted to extend my stay and enjoy my holiday from that base. I did and I had a wonderful time.

The place was great. It was clean, with a good kitchen, comfortable bed, good darkening from the curtains. And something most short-term rent places miss: a single big bedroom! I hate when there are two single beds put together like in most other places. Also they have great coffee and washing machines, almost the same like mine and it was easy to operate them. I also loved the location because it is just next to my mother’s block 🙂 Would visit again if available.

Nice and well equipped Apartment. Plamen was always very responsive. Internet connection was fast and stable.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
