Уют под покривите на града (с Витоша като бонус, ако времето реши) Този апартамент е от редките места, които успешно съчетават модерната визия на града с топлината на истински дом . Светъл, подреден и изненадващо уютен, той те кара да си кажеш: „Тук мога да остана още малко.“ Всекидневната е просторна, с големи покривни прозорци, които пускат светлина дори когато навън е „ноември в душата“. Меките тонове, дървените акценти и изчистеният дизайн създават спокойствие, а не показност. Диванът е удобен, телевизорът – на място, а масичката е идеална за кафе или „още един епизод“. Кафе машината заслужава специално внимание – тя не просто прави кафе, тя връща към живота. Дори в понеделник. Спалнята е тиха и комфортна, банята – модерна и безупречно поддържана. Гледката към Витоша съществува – видяхме я чак на третия ден, но си заслужаваше. В обобщение: уютен, стилен и функционален апартамент с усещане за дом. С удоволствие бихме се върнали.

The apartment was exactly as described. It’s located on the top floor with an elevator available. The place was very clean – probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The apartment had everything we needed, including basic amenities such as an oven, microwave, plates, etc. Two small things I missed: there was no hairdryer (so I had to bring one) and I would have preferred larger towels. The host always responded very quickly. I can recommend.

Vey nice apartment, very clean! In a new modern building, next to a park. Definitely recommend it! The only thing i didn`t like is that the pillows wasn`t very comfortable, at least for me. But overall great stay and perfect apartment! 🙂

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
