We welcome you to our peaceful and modern apartment. Although located in the heart of Stara Zagora, this cozy apartment located in a new building next to the Stara Zagora Opera and an ancient theater.

It is within walking distance of the city's main street and numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment and more. Its location allows for both leisure and business travel.

The space

The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a closet, a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace.

The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and thick curtains for greater comfort and privacy.

The living room has a dining and lounging area with an LCD TV and fast WiFi, and for extra sleeping space, the sofa in the living room easily transforms into a bed.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. You can make yourself a nice cup of coffee or prepare a delicious dinner - there are all the necessary appliances and utensils. For your complete convenience, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The apartment is non-smoking, but you can enjoy a cigarette on the balcony

Въпреки че обявен час за настаняване е 15:00 ч. поради забявяне на почистващата фирма се настанихме едва в 16:50 часа. Иначе всичко е според снимките и описанието. Локацията е страхотна, бяха ни оставили изненада/комплимент в хладилника - бира и минерална вода. Нашата препоръка е да предаставят на гостите си листа с таксиметрови фирми за улеснение, както и препоръчани места за посещение и работещи ресторанти с работното им време за съответния сезон. Цената за престоя по време на рок-феста в Могилово е три пъти по-висока от обичайната.

The apartment was clean, luxurious and very comfortable. Very well equipped. The location is great as everything is close to you, the center is 5min by walk, also there are many restaurants and shops nearby. We were with a baby and usually I have some notes to the host, but not this time. Thank you, we loved our stay!

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
