We welcome you to our peaceful and modern apartment. Although located in the heart of Stara Zagora, this cozy apartment located in a new building next to the Stara Zagora Opera and an ancient theater.

It is within walking distance of the city's main street and numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment and more. Its location allows for both leisure and business travel.

The space

The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a closet, a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace.

The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and thick curtains for greater comfort and privacy.

The living room has a dining and lounging area with an LCD TV and fast WiFi, and for extra sleeping space, the sofa in the living room easily transforms into a bed.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. You can make yourself a nice cup of coffee or prepare a delicious dinner - there are all the necessary appliances and utensils. For your complete convenience, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Това е второто ми престояване в апартаментите на Пламен. Защо го избрах за втори път? Защото намирам всичко, което ми е нужно. Идеално местоположение, съвременен дизайн, всичко необходимо за безгрижно прекарване на времето. На улицата беще много горещо, но климатицире бяха идеално тихи и работеха чудесно. И този път Пламен беше в почти постоянна връзка с мен и се интересуваше дали престоят ми е приятен и с какво може да го подобри. Малкото неща, които помолих бяха веднага изпълнени. Лично аз чувствам, че на Пламен е важно как си прекарвам времето при него. Почти съм сигурен, че трудно ще се намери в Стара Загора по- удобен апартамент от гледна точка на местоположението, удобствата и грижите към наемателя. Благодаря много!

In general, it was more than okay. Positive sides: very good location, comfortable couch and living room, very nice balcony, two good working air conditioner. Very clean rooms, bathroom and bed sheets. You can also find free parking space. You can walk anywhere in the center. Problematic but not negative sides: the bed in the bedroom was not comfortable, it seems like there is a problem in bed’s base but not quite understand what it is. The amount of water was not enough; the amount of water flowing from both faucets and showers do not seem normal. It should be checked. One last issue, the facilities at home ought to be updated, for instance, it says there is an oil in the kitchen, but there was not. All in all, these are small issues to be fixed. It deserves around 4.8, highly recommended.

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy
