Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und gemütlich. Das was mir nicht so gefallen hat, war die nicht angegebene Information, dass die Wohnung sich im 5 Stock eines alten Gebäudes befindet und kein Lift vorhanden ist. Es wurde mir erst ein Tag vor meiner Ankunft mitgeteilt. Man hört die Nachbarn wenn sie raus,-und reingehen und laut reden und das die ganze Nacht durch. Und man könnte vielleicht eine Lösung für die Dusche finden, damit man nicht immer in einem nassen Badezimmer gelangt.

We had a great time at Plamen's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The Bathroom is very small, but was clean. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Мястото е чудесно и в самия център. Приятно, модерно, удобно, чисто. Единственият недостатък е, че се налага качване до петия етаж и че в банята няма отдушник, нито прозорец. Но въпреки това бихме посетили отново, заслужава си.

A cozy flat with perfect location. It was just a bit cold as the air conditioning couldn't warm up the place that fast, otherwise all was good. Ideal option for few days stay and Plamen was very responsive and correct.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
