This was my 3rd time staying at Plamen’s apartment. Location is great, close to everything. The apartment is spacious, bright, nicely laid out, very comfortable. Bedrooms are quiet. Everything is in working order and clean. We had excellent communications with the host. There was a minor issue with the lock of the front door to the apartment which was promptly fixed. We felt well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning next time when visiting Stara Zagora.

We had issues with getting into the appartment and with the baby crib, but the host was reponsive and helped with resoliving all issues quick and effective. Apartment was spacious with everything you might need for your stay. Very close to city center and nearby parking spots.

Spacious and clean new apartment, surprisingly very quiet despite being at a major street ( the building hallway and stairs blocks the street noise). Overall prime location - nearly at the city center. It was really nice to order the underground parking as street parking can be tricky especially during the week. Plamen has all the characteristics of a super host, proactive and timely communication, detailed instructions. All in all, it is a great place to stay and a top choice when visiting Stara Zagora.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
