Plamen was helpful and responsive when we made our booking on the same day. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet while also feeling clean and safe. A few local restaurants nearby helped us while we were hungry. Would recommend for a party of two or a family of four!

Perfect place for short or long-term stay in the city. The location is great, the neighbourhood is extremely peaceful and suitable for a lovely walk. There are really cozy places nearby to grab coffee, lunch, etc. The bathrooms were super spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the place was overall better than we expected. Definitely a gem in the city.

Plamen's place is great, my wife and I stayed here long term - about 4 months with our 9 month old daughter. It is spacious, beautifully designed and very functional. The location cannot be beat, it is in the best neighborhood, close to everything in Stara Zagora. The pots and pans Plamen provided us were severely scratched but he replaced them on the same day I messaged him which is fantastic to see from a host. He we very helpful in securing this place for us long term as well so this has truly been one of the best host interactions I've had. One downside to the apartment is that you can sometimes hear the neighbors but it's honestly not that big of a deal, again we had a baby with us and sleeping was never an issue for anyone in the apartment. Overall it's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Prime location, close to everything. Apartment was nice and clean. We received very detailed instructions from the host prior to our arrival so the check-in and check-out was flawless. Will definitely stay there again. The only reason I gave three star for accuracy was the parking. It was advertised that there was a free parking on the premises; however, we needed to pay additionally for the garage, which was not an issue at all. Plamen explained that it was an error in the ad that parking is free and send us a link right away to pay the additional fee. Overall Excellent experience!

The apartment was really nice and clean. It seems to be new and newly furnished. The kitchen covered the basics, however we would have appreciated a towel and a sponge. Luckily we had one with us. Check in was really easy and the location is very close to the main walking street. There was an almost new child cot. We missed some information where to find it but Plamen was very fast in replaying, so we found it easy. It would have been nice if it was set up beforehand but it is a minor flaw. Overall very nice place.

This is one of the best stays I have ever had! The place is amazing, the apartment is really spacious, much bigger than expected with all of the amenities, you will need ever. Everything is new, clean, and really comfortable. It is quiet and with perfect WiFi! Great for work and travel. Also, it is in a premium location, near to the city center, stores, and gym studios. The self-check-in process was smooth and provided with all of the details. The host is one of the most professional people I have met, super responsive, pleasant, and helpful. I strongly suggest requesting a parking spot in advance.

The apartments are very well located, in the city center, at the same time next to a large park. There is everything you need. In January, the apartment was warm. There were only some difficulties with the coffee maker, maybe because I have never used such a coffee maker.

Very nice and cozy apartment in a new building with great location. Both bedrooms have big wardrobes which is very convenient for long stay. The bathrooms are equipped with everything that is needed for independent use. Also, the host is very kind and cooperative!

Nice, cozy apartment, with spacious premises. There are two big bedrooms , the two big bathrooms are a great advantage, as well. The location of the building is just perfect, everything is very close, in walking distance - the city center, the beautiful park Ayasmo, all other nice parks and sightseeing. I can absolutely recommend this place. There is also free parking available around.
