Very good place in terms of both location and facilities. The place is new, very clean as well kept. It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. Right in the centre where everything is in a walking distance. There are public parking lots close by.

the house was great for a short stopover for four people. perhaps the lack of a separate shower cubicle from the rest of the bathroom could be annoying. otherwise everything is ok and we thank plamen.

Wonderful, clean apartment in a new building. Great location and easy check-in. Wifi was not extremely fast as advertised - about 10Mbps download - even though I tried to confirm the speed ahead of time and was given a much higher number (apparently by mistake). Another small issue is the kitchen sink would vibrate quite a bit when the water was turned on, like there were air bubbles trapped in the plumbing. Other than these considerations, the place was immaculate and exactly as shown!

Студиото е чудесно! Намира се в центъра със страхотен изглед към Античния форум. На 5 мин от главната улица и парка. Чекирането е много бързо и лесно. Всичко в апартамента е ново, семпло, но направено с усет. Предвидени са всички необходими посуди за бързо хранене, а най-ценното беше кафето в забързаната ни сутрин. Много чисто и подредено! Бих казала обаче, че диванът е подходящ за спане на трети и четвърти човек за една, макс за две нощувки, тъй като разстоянията между възглавниците са доста големи и е неравно. За деца на възраст до 7 години е ок, тъй като те се събират на равната площ.

We enjoyed our stay at Plamen's studio immensely! Its location is great - walking distance to the center plus lots of supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy around. I loved that it was spacious and we didn't feel crammed despite it being a studio. Super comfy sofa to spend some time on and watch Netflix 🙂 The building (at the time of writing this) is brand new, clean and convenient. The underground parking was very convenient too and we're glad we took advantage of Plamen's offer to use it. It was at a very reasonable price. The only thing I could fault the place is that there's quite a high step at the building's entrance which was not very convenient to go over with the baby stroller. Everything else was great though! Plamen was super responsive and sent us all the necessary info. Great place in Stara Zagora. We'd be glad to stay there again next time 🙂

The studio is at the heart of the city. It is brand new, with all the facilities that you might need. Everything was spotlessly clean. I definitely recommend this housing even for longer stays.

  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
