Excellent place. It has a central location but it is very quiet. It does get very hot during the summer but the air conditioning and the mosquito net provide a perfect solution during the day and night.

It was a pleasant appartment with everything you need, it was clean and in the afternoon the sun on the balcony. Check in was good, I needed some help but Plamen was very helpfull. Right in the center, so everything was close. Only the shower was a bit broken but Plamen told me he will fix it right away. Thank you!

The apartment is great. Also is it’s location - walking distance from the downtown and the train station. Plamen gave us exact instructions how to find the location and sent us several photos which were very helpful.

Booking Policy

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
