We’d like to welcome you to Stylish Top Centre One Bed Apartment located in the heart of the city. Its location makes it perfect for everyone who want to have an easy access to the central part of Stara Zagora. The space

The apartment is modernly furnished and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with all necessary amenities and appliances, a sofa bed, a seating area and a dining area. You have access to an outdoor terrace with a seating area, cable TV, fast wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment is extremely suitable for all guests and both long and short stay. I had a wonderful stay at Dobromir’s place. The location was perfect, right on the main boulevard of the city centre, with everything I needed within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and Dobromir was a great host who gave clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. I also enjoyed the restaurant under the apartment, which had delicious food and friendly service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

The place is decent enough, you pay for what you get. It’s clean and efficient and in a great downtown area. Bed wasn’t comfy and would have appreciated extra pillows but I can’t really complain because it was an affordable rental.

The stay at Dobromir`s place was very nice, we really loved it! We got to store our bicycles on the balcony, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, in the bed, you get a night of good sleep, the lighting and the size of the place are very nice. Also, the location was perfect for us! Just in the city center where you can walk in the parks, visit sightseeings and go to have a nice meal in the cafe or restaurant. Would stay there again! 🙂

  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
