They informed us that there was an issue with the apartment we originally booked, but they offered us a different one as compensation, which was very nice. The replacement apartment was overall great, but unfortunately there was also a problem with the shower.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und sauber gewesen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Firma, welche die Wohnung betreut auf der Plattform, war in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde in der Anzeige die Wohnung für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben mit 2 Betten - dabei handelt es sich jedoch um ein Ledersofa als 2. Bett. Die Anzeige entspricht also nicht ganz der Realität. Das Sofa war leider nicht vorbereitet bzw. gab es keine Bettwäsche um das Sofa zu beziehen oder die Bettlaken. Der Kontakt zur Firma war jedoch schnell und Airbnb hat uns über einen Coupon etwas rückerstattet. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir hätten uns nur eine transparentere Anzeige gewünscht und ein vorbereitetes Bett.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house was clean, beautiful, cosy and comfortable. The place is about 25min walking away from the centre, but this wasn’t a problem for us since we enjoyed the road. We had a pretty good communication with Plamen before and during our arrival at Sofia. We are very likely to choose Plamen’s place again when we visit Sofia again. Thank you Plamen!

Ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής , ζεστό και άνετο διαμέρισμα.Αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης , προσβάσιμο και με τα πόδια ,κοντά στη στάση λεωφορείου . Χωρίς ιδιωτική θέση parking αλλά κοινόχρηστες θέσεις που εξυπηρετούν. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση από τον διαχειριστή για μικρά θέματα που προέκυψαν. Vfm

  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
