We really enjoyed our stay at Plamen’s place. It was exactly like the pictures and super clean. It was perfect for 3 people for 3 days. The communication with the host was easy and they were able to accommodate a need we had. The area is good because you can walk to several restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Plamens Apartment befindet sich in einem großen neuen Wohnkomplex in der 7. Etage (Aufzug vorhanden). Alles ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fenster bieten guten Schallschutz, denn die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einer vierspurigen Straße. Den kleinen Balkon haben wir wegen des Verkehrslärms leider nicht nutzen können. Gegen Aufpreis konnten wir für vier Tage einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage mieten. Trotz der Einschränkungen empfehlen wir die Wohnung gern weiter, denn sie bietet sehr viel Komfort

We had a very comfortable and unproblematic stay at Plamen's appartment. The appartment was clean, modern and had everything you may need for a short or longer stay. We booked on a very short notice and the appartment was ready for check in by the time we arrived. Plamen was very responsive and friendly.

Das gesamte Komplex ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Sehr gute Lage mit auch kostenfreien Parkplätzen, in der Umgebung mit Supermärkten und Fastfood-Restaurants, mit Auto ist das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Das Apartment ist geräumig, ausreichend für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern. Die Abdunkelung und Dämmung im Schlafzimmer könnten besser sein. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Spiegel und Duschkabine waren befleckt.

Konaklama öncesi ve süresince Plamen devamlı iletişim halindeydi. Dairenin yeni olması ve düzgün bir semtte bulunması çok iyiydi. Araç için hem açık hem de kapalı otopark alternatifi olması , aracınızı güvenle bırakmanızı sağlıyordu. Tekrar gitmeyi planladığımız yer olacaktır.

This was our favourite stay during our time in Bulgaria, despite an issue, which was rapidly rectified. We booked another apartment within the same complex and the night of the arrival, we noticed that the boiler wasn’t working. We messaged Plamen at 2AM and he replied 10 minutes later! Not much could be done on a Sunday with a mechanic, so Plamen quickly moved us into the apartment that this review is for, no questions asked, and was very apologetic. Both apartments are very beautiful, clean and well equipped. The Kapana area is within walking distance, about 20 minutes. There is a Billa across the street and Mcdonalds. Despite this apartment being in a new complex, that is still undergoing construction, we were never woken up to noise of building and it was very peaceful. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
