Die Wohnung hatte eine super Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Lediglich beim Checkin gab es Probleme, die Wohnung konnte nicht eindeutig gefunden werden, da es von außen nicht erkennbar war, wohin wir müssen. Der Vermieter hat aber schnell reagiert und uns Instruktionen gegeben. Leider hat die Wohnung ein sehr kleines Bad. WLAN sehr schnell und die Klimaanlage lief top. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt für eine Woche Sofia.

Maybe the bad weather made our visit to Sofia not as enjoyable but coming home to Plame ‘s place was always nice. The elevator is real attraction but is running. The beds are comfortable and best of all was baby friendly. We will definitely recommend Plamen’s place.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut, nur das Badezimmer ist sehr eng. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gab genügend Handtücher, Putzmittel und -tücher (das ist nicht selbstverständlich). Uns haben allerdings ein paar kleinere Teller gefehlt (mussten oft spülen und für die Kinder ist es besser). Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber es hätte überall etwas gründlicher sein können. Auch der Kühlschrank sollte dringend gereinigt werden. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist ok, allerdings gibt es ein paar Stufen bevor man überhaupt zum Aufzug kommt. Der Aufzug war auch leider die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes defekt und konnt nicht richtig genutzt werden. Dafür kann Plamen natürlich nichts. Check-in und -out waren problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Plamen ging schnell und einfach.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment and was truly satisfied. The property is exactly as described: clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the area while still offering peace and quiet. It’s super central, just a 2-minute walk from the main street. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, promptly answering all my questions and providing great tips on places to visit and restaurants to dine at. The checkout process was very convenient, even beyond the usual time.

The apartment is in a great location. Just a few minutes away from Vitoshka street and St. Nedelq church. It is very spacious with with lots of storage available. We traveled with a huge amount of luggage and did not feel cluttered at all. Plamen is a very responsive host and even allowed us to check out a bit later as we had an evening flight out. The kitchen and dining are also spacious and new if you want to stay in and have food at home. All the appliances are good and new. There is a great banitza place a minute away on the corner of Positano and Lavele street. Lidl supermarket is close by and you have Billa supermarket 10 min away. There is also a 24 hours store literally across the road with all the essentials. We were very comfortable in the apartment.

Checkout is at 11:00

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
