The apartment is in a great location. Just a few minutes away from Vitoshka street and St. Nedelq church. It is very spacious with with lots of storage available. We traveled with a huge amount of luggage and did not feel cluttered at all. Plamen is a very responsive host and even allowed us to check out a bit later as we had an evening flight out. The kitchen and dining are also spacious and new if you want to stay in and have food at home. All the appliances are good and new. There is a great banitza place a minute away on the corner of Positano and Lavele street. Lidl supermarket is close by and you have Billa supermarket 10 min away. There is also a 24 hours store literally across the road with all the essentials. We were very comfortable in the apartment.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
