Perfect place in the center for our group of 5! We had a great time attending Starcraft 2: Bellum Gens Elite 2024 at the Summer Theater. The location was ideal, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend!

Locația este situată central iar apartamentul a fost curat Blocul este învechit iar mirosul de la subsol a fost primul ce ne-a întâmpinat! Parcarea reprezintă o problemă iar accesul cu mașina in spatele blocului pe unde se intră și în scara este destul de greu de accesat!

This was an excellent home away from home for our family while we spent a couple of weeks in Stara Zagora visiting family. The location is excellent and walkable to everything. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Plamen was a great host: responsive and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. The city center is less than a five minute walk. The apartment has everything a person would need even for a longer stay. The apartment was very clean. Everything is new. Plamen is a great host and responds almost immediately.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
