We welcome you to this cozy and bright apartment, equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Its central location makes it a perfect choice for both pleasure and business travel.

The space

The apartment is located in the central part of Sofia, in an old historical building just 7-8 minutes' walk from Vitosha Boulevard.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an open plan design with a kitchen and a dining area, a bathroom with a hydromassage bath and a toilet.
The bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe, bedside tables and a comfortable bed (160/200 and 180/200).
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. You can make yourself a nice cup of coffee or prepare a delicious dinner - there are all the necessary appliances, dishes and utensils.
An additional sleeping option is the sofa in the living room (60/180).

We enjoyed our stay at Plamen’s place. The beds were comfortable, the shower is good and the location in the centre of town is very convenient. It was well equipped and generously provided for with toiletries, coffee and dishwasher pods. Plamen’s communication was speedy and comprehensive. Only a few small downsides to be aware of - the central location does lead to a little noise at night. The windows do well to keep it quiet, but this means you need to keep them shut even if it’s a little warm (the a/c is only in the living room and it wasn’t warm enough for that!). One night there was quite a lot of noise from the exuberant couple in the next door apartment! Also one of the beds is extra wide - which is great - but the linen and duvet didn’t seem quite to match the width.

Beautiful place in the heart of Sofia! The place was really spacious with a gorgeous living room, TV, coffee machine, and everything we needed for our short stay. The beds are also one of the best I've slept on in an AirBnB. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living room and a lovely clean bathroom with a bath and shower. Check-in instructions were also very helpful and easy to follow. Definitely recommend for a stay in Sofia!

Excellent place with all the things that one needs for a perfect stay: Comfortable beds, full kitchen, tv with different applications installed for maximum distraction, unbeatable location near all the sites of interest in Sofia. Absolute discretion and privacy for guests. The communication with Plamen was more than excellent. I recommend this apartment with the eyes closed. I will definitely go back.

Cannot fault this airbnb, we were all lost for words when we walked inside for the first time. Stayed with four other university friends and we felt right at home. Apartment was very clean and location was perfect for our first time in Sofia - close to the buzzy side of town. Plamen was super responsive and even sent recommendations for us to visit in town during our stay. Would flag that it says sleeps five, but the fifth sleeping option is the sofa (which is not a sofa bed). This was completely fine for us as sofa was long enough and comfortable enough with bedding, but may not work for others.

This was a lovely Airbnb! It was incredibly clean, well maintained and excellent location - so easy to walk around and many nice restaurants/bars. Even with the prime location, it was quiet with nice blackout curtains, so we had a comfortable sleep. We tracked with our two young children - they appreciated some of the books and small potty seat.

Very nice apartment, well furnished and very welcoming. The beds are very comfy, and even bathrobes and slippers are provided! Great central location close to cute bars and restaurants. It's very well isolated, because with the windows closed you don't hear the streetsounds. The host is very friendly and organized and responds quickly. We had a great stay here!

Really beautiful place to stay, the apartment is furnished very cosy and has all amenities. The place is very communicative and all everything ones need is in walking distance. The host is very polite and respondes within minutes. The apartment is very recomendable, for sure a best choice for a stay in Sofia!

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.
