The space

The place is great- very modern interior, cozy, clean, beautiful, comfortable. Didn’t want to leave 🙂 Highly recommend it! The host was very polite and responsive (I have visited other amenities of him too- all are perfect). I requested flexible check-in and out hours and he agreed.

The flat is exceptional, everything is brand new and it’s really well-equipped, the interior is modern and cosy, making it perfect for a pleasant stay.

    You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.

House Rules

  • No smoking (smoking is allowed on the terrace)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
