Bright and cozy apartment located in "Zornitsa" аrea (in a new building), near the Burgas Sea Garden. On the ground floor of the building, there is a nice restaurant suitable for families with children (restaurant GOTI), Minimarket, and Pharmacy. You can get to the center of the city in just a few minutes by public transport, and the stop is on the opposite street. The airport is a 10-minute drive away by taxi.

The space

The apartment consists of two bright bedrooms with one double bed and one single (large), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, and a spacious terrace.

Уютен, слънчев и топъл апартамент с чудесна локация. Просторен и чист. Има всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Кухнята е оборудвана с кафе машина, тостер, микровълнова, котлони, фурна и хладилник. Има съдове за готвене. TV и WiFi. Диванът във всекидневната е разтегателен. Има открита тераса. В първата спалня леглото също е по-широко от стандартни единични легла - приблизително 110-120 см. Отоплява се с радиатор. Втората спалня е с пълноценно двуспално легло, още един телевизор и климатик. Освен редовното бельо и хавлии, предлагат се и допълнителни такиви. Банята е чиста и просторна. Долу в блока има няколко супермаркета, аптека, както и заведение за хранене с детска площадка и бесплатен паркинг. Сграда е с два големи асансьора. Останахме много доволни! Собствениците са любезни и учтиви хора. За нас беше истинско удоволствие да прекараме време в това жилище!

Everything was exactly as describe. Big flat. Plamen is very communicative person. Bus stops and local shops near place If I come again to Burgas, world like to back to Plamen again.

lovely flat and a great host. would definitely stay here again. Parking was not a problem. Lovely restaurant (goti) and required shops nearby. It is important to be aware that the property is about 20 mins walk from the beach and that you follow the access instructions given proactively by plamen for an easy stay.

Отдыхали с семьей.Квартира чистая!Есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи( посуда, специи), а так же чай, кофе заварной. Всем остались довольны.

In general the apartment was good. It was a little bit hard to find a parking place, but after several circles around a horse we finally found a parking place. The main disadvantage was synthetic bedding as well as bad pillows. Also, I would suggest to add a floor number to the check-in instruction.

Great place to stay in Burgas. It is not the city center, but it is easy to park for free. The sea park is around the corner, and beach is 30 min walking. City center is easily reached with the public transportation or taxi. also 30 min walking from the place. relative quite region, for people who want to enjoy summer holiday and relaxed stay. well recommended.

Great host, super responsive and helpful. The place was as expected. There were no stairs on the entrance and to the elevator which make it very easy for our baby stroller. Highly recommended!

  • No pets (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 – 7:00

Cancellation policy

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge according to the conditions of the platform.

  • If you cancel your booking up to fourteen (14) days or more before the first date of your stay, you will receive a full refund, except for any transaction fees that we potentially had covered limited to 2% of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the first day of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between seven (7) days and one (1) day before the first day of your stay, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you want to cancel your booking during your stay (in case you want to leave before the days you have paid for expire), you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you wish to check out three (3) or more hours later than the checkout time noted in the listing during your reservation process, you will ask to pay an additional (fixed) charge due to the delayed check out time, as you were advised in the email for your booking confirmation.
